1) Solve (2x +1)(x-6) = 0
2) Solve 6x^2 = 6
3) Factorise 9x^2 - x
4) Find the gradient of a line which passes through (3,-1) and (-7, 4).
5) Find the gradient of a line whose eqn. is 2x + 6y = 5.
6) A bag contains 3 green balls and 5 red balls. If 2 balls are drawn without replacement, find the probability that:
(a) both are red
(b) first ball is red, second ball is green
(c) one is red and the other is green
(d) the second ball is red.
